Insurance Filing
Heart Consultants will file your insurance claims for you. Please bring a copy of your card for every visit
Referrals
Your insurance may require a prior-authorization or a referral to see our medical staff. You will need to obtain a referral from your primary care provider or specialists referring you to the our office.
Deductible/Co-Pays
Many insurance will require a co-pay or deductible payment for a specialist office visit. Please come prepared to make your co-payment or deductible payment
Payment Arrangements
We will work with you to help settle your financial responsibilities. We have different payment options and payment plans available if:
you do not have insurance, or your appointment, test, or procedure is not covered by your insurance
